Pumpkin Crumble Bars ...YUM!

At Miners Pumpkin Patch we love being part of the local community. So, when we found a local food blogger who knows all about high altitude baking, we were pleased as …well, pumpkins! Meet Nicole, the Colorado homegrown foodie behind Dougheyed.com. Inspired by her grandmothers and mom, she’s been cooking and baking since she was a child and here’s one of her sweet favorite pumpkin recipes – PUMPKIN PIE CRUMBLE BARS. According to Nicole, “These bars are three layers, and every layer is kind of magical.” Yum. Magical. Who can pass that up?

Remember, Miners Pumpkin Patch has some of the freshest locally harvested pumpkins you’ll find anywhere. Bring the kids, grandparents, friends, neighbors … it’s the best pumpkin patch around. And we’re only open 2 more weekends – Oct. 20-21 and Oct. 27-28. See you soon.
